We had a great Tuesday. Gavin hung out with my mom, and D and I headed to the newly renovated Echo Canyon trail on Camelback Mountain. It was as difficult as I remember, but I did better than I thought I would. The way down was interesting. My legs were very wobbly after the beating they took on the way up. But we both made it...injury free! How nice it has been to enjoy this beautiful weather. I do miss winter a little bit. The warm weather is great, but it makes me feel like summer is just around the corner, and that I do not like. Oh well!

Stroller rides with Nonna! |
Today we all headed in different directions to go to work. Imagine that- two grown adults who both have to go to work on a Thursday. It makes us sound so normal. Anyway, Dylan texted me in the afternoon and said he'd be landing in Scottsdale at about 4:20. By the time I finished my usual chat session at daycare pick-up and made my way through the traffic heading north, I found myself exiting the freeway at 4:18. This is the precise spot where I see all types of airplanes make their approach into SDL every single day. And on this special day, I saw Dylan's plane flying in a lovely arc on its final approach. This may not seem so exciting, but to both of us, it was very cool! I've never seen his new plane in the air before, so we were excited. And then, on the last stretch of my drive, a bobcat moseyed across the street in front of me, which is 50% cool and 50% scary. Talk about an adventurous drive home!
