November Together

Dylan has been home for five straight days, and so we've titled this stretch "November Together." Which means nothing more than that we are doing all of our normal things, but doing them together. I'm not sick of it.

I'll spare you the details of my bike rides, gym trips, and stops at Lowe's, Trader Joe's and the bike store. You've heard it all before. The only thing to note was that Gavin threw an epic tantrum in Trader Joe's, which earned him a free granola bar from one of the employees. Luckily Dylan was along for the ride and took him outside while I paid for the groceries. Oh, and yesterday on our outing I had a lazy stroll around the Biltmore while Gavin napped in the car and Dylan stayed with him and listened to his radio program. I treated myself to the BEST candle at Jonathan Adler. So you see, laid back days of togetherness, with a couple solo outings to get the blood pumping on the side.

Rolling around on tile. Totally comfy.

Pack him up and ship him out.

Sweet guy

Sharing Dad's cereal

May I offer you a wipe?

Not at all interested in rationing his animal crackers at brunch.

Checking out the monarch butterflies at the Botanical Garden.

Hudson came over all by himself for waffles this morning!

The next item on the agenda includes a homemade pizza and a bottle of red wine. It's not a thrilling story, but it's how we roll, and we quite enjoy it!
