Guinea and Grandpa came to visit Gavin and Graham this weekend. (And Dylan and me, too.) They were just here in January, but it's been a long, rainy and cold winter in Oregon, so they were ready for some sunshine. And we were sure happy to see them!
Gavin provided entertainment with his never-ending chatter, and Graham wasn't shy with his smiles and snuggles. It was a very, very nice weekend that included the train park, the Mariners' spring training game, bike rides on the Green Belt, brunch at the Vig, a long list of home improvement projects for Dylan and Tom, and of course plenty of backyard play and meals on the grill.

So much fun getting soaking wet in the water table. Not sure the story with the shorts falling down...

One morning when just the boys and me were awake, I heard a little cry of distress from Graham and found him here.

He sure knows how to cool off at the Spring Training game.

Trivia Master at brunch.

Good times!

I got a little one-on-one time with this guy while everyone else was out, and it was so sweet!

Zooming right on outside

He has his tools ready and waiting to help Dad and Grandpa fix the door trim.

Everyone is a big fizzy water fan around here, including Graham.

Gavin made a turtleshell with his pool. How ingenious.
And with that, we'll kick off our abbreviated work week and a bit of a busy travel time for Dylan. We tend to change gears quickly around here, which is fine. I'm okay with variety. The next few days will be behind us before we know it, and we'll happily change gears again in anticipation of fun times over the weekend with a feeling of accomplishment in our back pockets.
